REGULAR MASSAGES

1.Then gently pull it away from the muscles. Apply some oil to the bent leg and then rub it in starting from the knee, massaging it into the thigh and continuing up to the buttocks, using gentle, even pressure. Always massage upwards, going towards the direction of the heart.

2.Rub some frei öl^® Shaping Oil on your belly and massage it in with the palm of your hands, alternately making left and right circular motions around the navel. Finally, gently pinch the skin of the tummy.
