Free Delivery

Free delivery for local (on orders above S$50) and overseas (on orders above S$150).

Free delivery is only applicable for local and worldwide orders up to a maximum load of 3kg per order. For wholesale and bulk purchase orders, please contact

Delivery Time & Postage

Delivery Time:

All local orders in Singapore are managed by Singpost/Local Couriers. Once we have received your order, your order will be processed by the next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Please make allowance for slower turnaround times during festive and sale periods.

For Singapore orders, you can also request for Smartpac delivery which will be placed directly in your mailbox. You may indicate your preference in the “Note” at checkout page.

If you need your item(s) urgently, you may also request for self-pick up or Grab express for orders above S$50. Please put a note in your order and our team will call/email you once your order is ready and you can arrange for self collection in our showroom during our operation hours.

Orders outside Singapore are managed by EMS/ DHL/Fedex/Aramex. Depending on your location, you should expect to receive your orders within 3-10 working days.

Delivery & Handling Fee:

For delivery to a specific area in Singapore, there will be a flat rate of S$5.90 for an order $50 and below.  Delivery is FREE for purchase above S$50.

For delivery to all countries outside Singapore, there will be a flat rate of S$29.90 for an order $150 and below. Delivery is also FREE for overseas orders with purchase above S$150.


Returns policy

At Superberry, we pledge our commitment to serve you with the best customer service possible! Sometimes hiccups do happen but we endeavour to do our best at all times!  we’ll be glad to replace the item on a one to one replacement or refund!

We strive for our customers utmost satisfaction and carry only the best quality and value products. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 10 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be un-opened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  • If you have suffered from an allergic reaction medical evidence must be provided such as a doctors certificate.
  • We do not issue returns for poor choice.
