Application:

Starting from the beginning of pregnancy, spread the frei öl^® Nourishing Balm for Pregnant Women generously on the belly, thighs, breasts and bottom twice daily and if necessary and massage in gently. The nourishing balm is quickly absorbed and non-greasy. Extra tip: Can also be used as a preventive measure against stretch marks caused by significant weight fluctuations, e.g.:  obesity/weight gain, bodybuilding and stretch marks (teenagers).
